Orienteering technical camp before the snow comes

Last week were the national skiO team gathered for an orienteering technical training camp. To get the best possible effect we went to the Roller-ski metropolis, Falun in Sweden. All the men at the team were present and also some of the best Swedes living in the area took part. This gave us fantastic  hard matching on the sessions.

Christian Hohl did a very good job preparing maps and courses. All the boys looked strong and there were a lot of close fights.

In total we did 4 hard sessions with rollerski-orienteering and testraces in double poling,  rollerski-orienteering and skating. We also had some easier sessions with and without maps and a strength session. Below are some maps from the camp:

After a week in Falun I went to Torsby to test out the new Madshus Redline skies. Fantastic skies, and I have already found skies better than my medal skies from last season. This looks very promising!
